At Zigpac, we want to make the process of submitting your artwork as easy as possible. Below, you’ll find our guidelines to ensure that your artwork is correctly prepared for printing.

What if I don’t have artwork?
If you don’t have artwork, don’t worry! Simply send us a description or a rough sketch of what you’re looking for, and our skilled designers will assist you in creating it. We can also help with simple typesetting of your name or message at no charge. If you're looking for a specific font or logo design, just let us know, and we can help you find or create it. An eProof will be provided for your review on all orders.
What if I want a specific color match imprinted?
If you need a precise color match, we can help! Many of our decoration methods allow for color matching. Customers requiring specific color matching should provide us with the Pantone Matching System® (PMS) color numbers when applicable. Please note that all monitors display colors differently, so the color seen on screen may not exactly match the printed product.
What graphic file type should I send you?
To help ensure a smooth and quick order process, we prefer to receive vector files for your artwork. Our creative team can work with any file type, but vector files are easier to work with and result in higher-quality prints. Below are the preferred file types:
- AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator) - Convert text to outlines and embed any linked images. Save as Illustrator CC or lower version.
- PDF (Adobe Acrobat) - Embed fonts or export as a generic .EPS file.
- CDR (Corel Draw) - Convert text to curves and save as version X6 or lower.
- Other accepted file types: PSD, EPS (Adobe Photoshop), DOC, PPT, PUB (Microsoft Office files). Please embed or include fonts.
Where do I send my art?
You can send your artwork directly to your assigned rep or email it to us at bruce@zigpac.com if you don't have a rep. If you're placing an order online, you can upload your artwork directly while completing your order. Our creative team will review it, make necessary adjustments, and send you an eProof to approve before production begins.
