Order Processing

For in-stock items, orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and leave our warehouse. For customized orders, processing times generally range from 3-15 business days, depending on the product type, quantity, and complexity of the customization. Larger or more intricate orders may require additional time. Shipping costs vary based on the weight, postal code, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

For orders with free shipping, delivery typically takes 8-15 business days, depending on the destination country and package weight. Your international shipping options, including free shipping, will be shown at checkout. Customs and import fees may apply to international orders, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. By law, we cannot lower invoice values or mark orders as gifts. For many low-value items, import taxes may not apply in certain countries.

Plus Shipping Options

For select items, we offer faster shipping options with a plus fee, which will be detailed on the product page. This allows for expedited delivery, and the exact costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. You can select this option during the checkout process to speed up delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. The email will include the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order using 17track.net/en by signing into your account. Orders confirmed after 2 PM PST on a Friday will have tracking available the following Monday.
