I ordered some holographic overlays for a project we’ve been working on. They looked perfect online, but somehow the wrong product got shipped. Bruce was great to deal with and I relieved when Zigpac immediately sent out the right product and was determined to make the sale right. The replacement product came quickly and was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Very good customer service. Great product. And I am looking forward to doing business with them again. I was looking for a company that produces stickers. I saw production pictures and examples on the website and decided to order. The contact was very fast and reliable, even with the time difference. Here in Europe, I still received a reply at 4 pm, which surprised and delighted me. Production went very quickly. After just 4 days, I noticed an error on my part and wanted to correct it quickly, but then I received the tracking number for dispatch. Wow, how fast. When I held my consignment in my hands, I realised that zigpac had corrected my mistake on its own. I was very pleased and happy that they think along and don't just print. I can highly recommend Zicpac.
