At Zigpac, we understand that making the right choice is important. Our sample and proof services are designed to ensure you’re fully confident with your order before it’s finalized. Below are the details of the sample and proof options we offer.
Samples
We are happy to offer you samples to help with your purchase decision. Zigpac will provide free physical samples by photos to our registered, qualified customers at our discretion. If you want to receive physical samples, there will be a shipping fee ranging from US$5-US$30 depending on the type of goods.
eProof – Free with Every Order
Our expert artists will prepare an electronic proof of your artwork, and if needed, make recommendations. These eProofs will be sent via email for your review, typically alongside your order acknowledgment. We ensure that all your customization preferences are accurately reflected before moving forward with production.
Pre-production Proofs
If you'd like to see a physical sample of your product before the full order is produced, we offer pre-production proofs. This allows you to review the final product before production begins. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge for the item, screen setups, and processing, and may add some time to the order process as the factory prepares for production. Please inform your Promotions Specialist if you would like to request a pre-production proof.
